Join us for a night of ritual transition where we grieve our former selves and step bravely into the new.

Throughout life we endure many beautiful and time-honored transitions. But these liminal spaces can often be accompanied by so much unspoken grief for that which is lost in the process. It is time to hold space for this grief as we mourn our biggest transitions, whether that’s a former stage in life, former relationship, former circumstance, former freedoms - any former sense of the self that has since passed. Let’s get together to honor these transitions as sacred, like we used to do in ancient cultures. Then, let’s turn to face the future together with a confidently aligned body, mind, and spirit for the impending conflicts that lay ahead!

This event includes a special keepsake, a group meditation for relaxation, a creative happening with provided art materials, transition rituals, transmutation…
