Join us for a dynamic evening of new beginnings in this New Moon summer series where we will discover how to embrace compassionate self-discovery and spiritual development in this two-part workshop. The first part takes a deep dive into what our universal spiritual needs are, the lessons we receive when we are not honoring those needs, and how to navigate those lessons effectively for growth and joy. The second part is a yoga Nidra practice immersed with stone medicine, working to free your energy field from unwanted imprints left by your painful lessons, and prevent their regeneration. To do this, you will be guided through a deep relaxation meditation, accompanied by a laying on of stones, where crystals and minerals will be laid on the body and infused into each person's energy field to delete the underlying negative programming.
